Brian Induni, Co-founder and CEO

Brian brings a long-standing and strong passion for not only classic cars, but for the classic car industry itself. Beginning his first restoration at age 9, he has gone on to restore dozens of classic cars. While still in high school, Brian started Vermont Automobile Restoration Company. He had a keen interest in how and why components of classics were engineered & designed the way they were, and often came up with better alternatives. This led Brian to the field of Mechanical Engineering, and fostered his love for innovation.

Brian has held engineering positions in aerospace R&D with companies such as Dynatech Scientific and Champlain Cable. He’s also held Senior Product Manager/Business Line Manager positions with WebTrends, InFocus, and Precision Interconnect. He was a business development consultant that has helped clients in the capacity of Executive Director, Product Manager, and Access Database Developer. Most recently, Brian is a Sr. Product Manager for Medidata, a division of Dassault.

Inspiring our youth to embrace STEM ideals and education is a deep passion for Brian. He was the long-time coach for an award winning FIRST Robotics team, which supports his belief in hands-on learning. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vermont Technical College. Brian lives in Oceanside, CA.

Pamela Induni, Co-founder and CMO

Pam jokes that Brian brought her to a classic car show on one of their very first dates as a test of their compatibility. Years later, she shares the passion of preserving part of our history, and is less inclined to raise her eyebrows when another 'basket-case' finds its way home.

Coming from the world of high-tech, she loves the focus of blending modern technology with traditional craftsmanship to help owners maintain originality and yet meet the needs of modern reliability. Prior to launching CAI, Pam was the Program Director for IBM’s Watson Academic Engagement program, having overall responsibility for creating and driving the strategy to bring Watson technology into the curriculum of top universities around the globe. Pam also spent many years in the IBM Rational brand as a Product Marketing Manager in areas such as DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Enterprise Systems, and Mobile development. More recently, Pam was a Sr. Program Manager running Sales Onboarding for Autodesk. Currently, Pam is a Program Director and Adjunct Faculty teaching and coaching students about Startups for UC Berkeley's Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology .

Pam has a passion for getting girls interested in pursuing STEM careers, and is eager to help the movement to get women more interested in the classic automotive space. She has served as a marketing mentor for a FIRST Robotics team, and was twice awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award. She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine. Pam lives in Oceanside, OR.
